Jul Patch 3

v3.1-40 Update 3

TBD Aug, 2026

This update release primarily includes bug fixes and minor enhancements to existing features listed below.

Ops Console

Per-Organization Email Suppression

Operators can now exclude one or more organizations from receiving a given email notification, suppressing delivery to users in those organizations while notifications continue to be sent normally to all other organizations.

Impersonation APIs for Operators

The operator (i.e. Partner Admin role) is now able to impersonate all users and perform actions on their behalf programmatically.

Bug ID Description
RC-53164 Fixed an issue where failed login attempts on the admin console were not appearing in the admin console audit log UI
RC-53090 Fixed an issue where the signup/verification email was not sent after a new organization was created, caused by the email suppression check running before the newly created organization could be retrieved
RC-52955 Fixed an issue where, after upgrading to the 40-2 release, global settings migration reported success but agents, quotas, and inline overrides were not actually migrated into the Ops Console
RC-52904 Fixed an issue where deleting a partner API key returned a 403 Forbidden error and caused the user's session to be logged out
RC-52711 Token Factory: Fixed French localization issues on the Token Usage page where the "CPU" label was not translated and decimal values used a period instead of a comma as the separator
RC-52409 Fixed a localization issue affecting console UI translations
RC-52068 Fixed an issue where a user with both super admin and org admin roles could be denied permission when listing organizations via an API key, depending on which endpoint (admin console or Ops Console) was queried first
